Vintage Culture reaches #1 spot on Billboard Chart with ‘In The Dark’
He’s coming up strong, DJ/producer Vintage Culture, this time teaming up with fellow Brazilian act Fancy Inc for the inspiring track ‘In The Dark’. An ultimate blend of enchanting dance music and beautiful songwriting, both acts take their burgeoning sounds next level with this incredible tune, already receiving massive DJ support – out now on Spinnin’ Records.
Vintage Culture and Fancy Inc are currently both enjoying critical acclaim and increasing attention for their music and performances. ‘In The Dark’ seems to be another highlight, seeing these acts team up again, following their collab hit single ‘My Girl’, released on Tiësto’s Musical Freedom label earlier this year (currently counting over 13,8 million Spotify streams).
The new record builds on exactly the chemistry that defined their recent hit, this time presenting strong songwriting with catchy dance vibes. ‘In the Dark’ is a record that builds on tasteful deep house beats, sultry vocals and soaring synth chords, all resulting in a gentle drop with cool pulsating bass lines.
As with ‘My Girl’, this record looks like to be DJ’s favorite, already counting many artists among the support list, from Martin Garrix, Hardwell, Afrojack, W&W and Fedde Le Grand to Sander van Doorn, CID, EDX and Kryder.
This smash hit received already two exciting versions by mysterious UK duo Wh0 and Sonny Fodera. The Wh0 remix shows that in its original shape, ‘In The Dark’ by Brazilian acts Vintage Culture and Fancy Inc was a thrilling piece of dance infused synth pop. And now, the strong chords and vocal lines get backed by a sturdy house beat, moving towards a nice wobbly drop, making this a trippy as well as highly effective club gem. And the Sonny Fodera remix shows a throwing down a madly rolling groove, filled with cool vocal lines, big swirling sounds and exciting sound effects, followed by a thunderous drop. This is house music in full effect – awesome remixes of an already indestructible tune!
