As a Vice-president of our BDM team you will work on sales of Cloud based Business
Solutions.

To work closely with CEO in driving the growth and profitability of the Strategic Accounts in
the Indian market. To build and establish a long term pipeline to meet company's business and
revenue targets.

You would be responsible for establishing our product as best in class Solution provider for
Services Industry. You should be able to recognize, understand, and articulate our products &
competitive edge.

Skills/experience: 15 years of experience in sales of software product/services.
 Preference will be given to experience of selling B2B software products.
 Good understanding of all aspects of running a business such as CRM, HR, Finance etc.
 Experience of B2B Sales, preferably to Services companies in SME sector
 Extensive experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining sales strategies to meet
Sales targets Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
 Ability to communicate to a broad range of technical and non-technical people
Willingness to travel
Responsibilities :

Development of Sales Strategy to ensure attainment of sales goals
Maintain updated CRM records
Create and conduct customized Sales presentations/demos over web and in person Interaction
with Engineering teams to ensure timely delivery and resolution of customer requests

Leading and managing small team of BDMs Assists in the development and implementation of
marketing plans as needed Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics
codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team

Key Accountabilities : Responsible for overall P & L of the India Operations
Provide vision and direction to the company's India initiatives. Prospecting, Sales and Account
Management at strategic levels and for selected strategic accounts
Build a motivated team of sales, business development and operations personnel to achieve team
results.
Contribute towards the strategic plans and their implementation.
Development and management of alliances with partners.

Business Planning & Marketing : Formulate and implement marketing and sales strategies to
increase market share and profitability.
Develop and prepare sales forecast, budget and manpower plans. Prospecting, Sales and Account
Management: Identify and penetrate new, and up-sell and grow share-of-pocket of existing,
major accounts.
Pursue major prospects, business opportunities and lead in major negotiations constructing
appropriate terms of sales.

Establish excellent client relationships with strategic customers. Interpret customer needs and
works to meet those needs. Identify potential business opportunities. Supervise and trains sales
team to achieve sales targets.
